This summer, Richmond Hill Soccer Club will be offering a specialty Elite Goalkeeper Training Camp for players in our U9 to U17 Rep programs. The 5 day camp will run from July 10th to July 14th and will be led by our club's Head Goalkeeper Coach Rasih Pala, and our Senior Technical Staff Coach Henrich Svetko.
Our Elite Goalkeeper Training Camp will utilize European training techniques and methodology, and will consist of both on field and classroom sessions which will cover all aspects of the position.
On field sessions will focus on a wide variety of essential and advanced techniques, including efficient angle play, cross control, proactive distribution, 1v1 breakaways, sweeper keeper tactics and set piece organization. The classroom portion of the clinic will emphasize goalkeeper theory and consist of video analysis, group discussions, mental mindset training and valuable warm up examples.
