Rep Team Managers

Thank you for considering volunteering as a Rep Team Manager. The job of team manager is to handle everything to do with your team off the field so your coach can concentrate on the on-field training. This could entail:

  • registering your team for tournaments
  • collecting extra fees from parents for items not covered in their registration fees
  • requesting referee fees from the office
  • submitting your team uniform order

All that is required is a willingness to help your coach and team with the administrative aspects of the team, submitting the application form, and having a Vulnerable Sector Screening processed. New managers can meet with the club to go over all aspects of managing a Rep Team. There is also an annual Manager’s Meeting to go over any new items that have come up, which is usually held in February or March, before the outdoor season begins. The office staff is always available to assist you in your endeavor as Rep Team Manager and to answer any questions you may have.
