U13+ Rep Home Program

Although we are currently closed due to COVID-19, that won’t stop us from helping our players grow and develop. Below is an outline of our Home Program and Fitness Program for our rep soccer players. This program provides activities for the players to complete each week to help develop their technical and physical skills. Follow the program each week so that you are prepared to jump back into soccer when we are given to green light to play.
