Apple and Oats Yogurt 

Yogurt provides many health benefits as it contains Calcium, Vitamin B, and good bacterial cultures that aid digestion. Enjoy the benefits of yogurt, and a few other healthy ingredients, with this quick and delicious snack:

•  ½ cup plain yogurt

•  1 apple, peeled and grated

•  1/4 cup chopped nuts

•  Tablespoon raisins

•  Hemp hearts, bee pollen, flax seed, chia seed

•  1/3 cup oats

•  Pinch of cinnamon

Mix together and enjoy!

This snack provides fiber from the oats and apple, while the Protein from the yogurt and nuts will help keep you full and sweetness from the apple will curb that sweet tooth. A great combination!
