Home Made Sports Drink

Make your own sports drink  it is much more cost effective and doesn't contain additives, such as colouring! Here is a simple sports drink recipe:

  • 500ml water
  • 500ml 100% fruit juice 
  • Pinch of salt

OR TRY 

  • 500ml water
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 250ml 100% fruit juice
  • Pinch of salt

This recipe is a great, inexpensive way to replenish and refuel the body, and ensure your kids are hydrated. Be creative with your recipe and make sure to try different flavours of fruit juice!
