Ethics Code of Conduct Complaints

The RHSC Ethics Committee is responsible for reviewing complaints regarding potential violations of the Club’s Ethics Code of Conduct, including concerns about inappropriate behaviour, harassment, discrimination, or conduct that does not align with the Club’s standards. Anyone wishing to submit a complaint should do so in writing by emailing info@richmondhillsoccer.com and directing the message to the Club’s Ethics Committee. Please provide a clear description of the concern and any relevant details to assist the Committee in its review. All complaints will be handled in accordance with the Club’s Policies and Procedures.
